ITINERARY
In the afternoon, we invite you to discover the essence of the city with a stroll through its lively and colorful downtown, wandering through its vibrant streets and charming corners full of life. The experience intensifies with a visit to the impressive FlyOver Iceland attraction, a visual adventure that will take your breath away. And to end the day, what better way than to enjoy a delicious dinner together at one of the city's most welcoming restaurants.
A day full of natural wonders awaits us: wild coasts, spectacular basalt column cliffs at Arnarstapi, the black church of Búðir, the Búðahraun lava field, the impressive and unique sea pillars of Lóndrangar, and the iconic volcanic origin mountain Kirkjuffel.
With every step, it's a feast for the eyes and a unique opportunity to capture the unparalleled beauty of Iceland with your camera. Get ready for a day full of inspiration and awe.
Our first stop will be at Seljalandsfoss, a beautiful waterfall that offers the possibility to be explored in 360 degrees and to walk behind its water curtain. A short distance away awaits the magnificent Skogafoss waterfall, a thundering colossus with a dizzying 60-meter drop. And not far away, we will find Kvernufoss, where you will have the opportunity to get close enough to capture the texture of the water plummeting down to the river below, or alternatively, you can choose to step back a bit and photograph the waterfall framed by snow-covered cliffs.
Each of these stops is a unique opportunity to immortalize the majesty of Icelandic nature and add stunning photographs to your collection.
In the afternoon, you will be able to feel the calm and serene atmosphere of the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, where large icebergs float on the crystal-clear surface of the water before drifting out to sea.
As sunset approaches, we will move to Diamond Beach, giving us the opportunity to capture the sunlight shining through the pieces of ice on the shore.
This day is destined to be a unique visual and emotional experience, where nature reveals itself in all its splendor.
We will spend the rest of the day photographing some of the beautiful locations in this glacial area. In the evening, we might have another opportunity to photograph the northern lights, and we will try to capture them over the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon or the nearby Fjallsárlón.
For sunset, we will return along the south coast until we reach Reynisfjara beach, where we will capture the imposing pillars of Reynisdrangar from a completely different perspective.
In the Geysir geothermal area, you will have the opportunity to photograph the Strokkur geyser, which erupts every few minutes, shooting water and steam nearly 20 meters high. Meanwhile, the nearby Gullfoss waterfall offers a spectacular view of the forces of nature in action.
Once we have finished photographing along the Golden Circle, we will head to relax at the fantastic Blue Lagoon and then to our hotel in Keflavik, putting the perfect end to a day full of adventures and discoveries.
